Get these two numbers and the size follows. Between sizes, choose the larger — the cuff tightens down but does not open up.

Floor to the top of your knee
Stand upright with your shoes off, on your sound leg. Measure from the floor to the top edge of your kneecap. Have someone else hold the tape if you can — leaning over changes the number.
This sets the frame size.

Thigh circumference at the widest point
Sitting down, measure around your thigh at its thickest — usually about 5 cm below the groin. Snug but not tight, over light clothing or bare skin.
This sets the strap length.
